Victor "Wick" M. Elam, age 78, of Wallingford, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at home on March 11th, 2026, surrounded by his family.

Born in Dayton, Ohio on July 25, 1947, to Ralph and Maxine Elam. After serving in the Army, Victor retired from Ohio Bell after 30 years of dedication.

He was a man known for his generous heart, and perhaps a bit of stubbornness. Those who knew him will remember him for his love of iced tea, coin collecting, and gold.

Victor was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Maxine Elam; his brother, Dennis Elam; and his sister, Cynthia Maddox.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Elam; his stepchildren, Jesse Fugate, Christopher Elam, Victoria (Steven) Cummins, and Kori (Lyndsay) Elam; and his cherished grandchildren, Jaxton, Sunny, Lera, Jacobi, Emsli, and Kaleesi. He also leaves behind his siblings, Anita, Angela, and Vincent, as well as a host of extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

In accordance with his wishes, his family will celebrate his life privately. The family invites you to honor his memory by sharing your favorite stories and asks that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
