Waltham B. Clark, age 86, passed away Friday morning July 2, 2010 at Clark County Regional Hospital. He was born August 17, 1923 in Floyd County Kentucky to the late John D. and Rebecca Hall Clark. He was a retired machinist at Rockwell International and a veteran of World War II where he received a Bronze Star and Purple Heart. He was married to the former Maxine Selby and they resided in Winchester, KY. He was preceded in death by a foster son Donald Underwood and four brothers Ishmael, Dempsey, Stallard, and Kennard Clark

He is survived by his wife

Funeral services will be at 1 PM Monday July 5, 2010 at the Boone -Nickell Funeral Home Flemingsburg, KY. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Monday at the funeral home. Military rites will be preformed by the W.N. Fant American Legion Post #5 and Franklin Sousley VFW Post 1834.
