Wanda Margaret Muse, 83, of Flemingsburg, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at her residence.
Born in Fleming County on October 14, 1940, her father was the late Emmitt Littleton and her mother was the late Eva Mae Egan Littleton.
Wanda was a homemaker and a farmer. She loved her flowers and gardening. She enjoyed embroidery, reading, and working jigsaw puzzles.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Calvin Thomas Muse; her three children, Dean Muse and wife Joy, Darby Muse and wife Melissa, and Starlet Johnson and husband Scott; her six grandchildren, Amanda Muse Hunt and husband Austin, Justin Bond, Sam Johnson and wife Emily, Hannah Johnson, Katlin Muse, and Kaylee Muse; her two great grandchildren, Marley Bond and Micheal Johnson. She is also survived by her two brothers, George Littleton and wife Wanda, and Ronnie Littleton and wife Joyce.
In addition to her mother Eva Mae and her father Emmitt, Wanda was preceded in death by her two sisters, Josephine Hinton and Bernice Helphinstine.
The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Pastor Trent Keeton officiating.
Wanda will be laid to rest in Fleming County Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Eric Muse, Jeff Workman, Mike Workman, Mike Hinton, Austin Hunt, Jason Haines, Marty Littleton, and Steve Littleton. Honorary pallbearers include Joann Porter, Shelby Jean Fannin, Phyllis Harmon, Thelma Faye Spradlin, Shad Helphinstine, and Scott Johnson.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m., Monday, at Boone-Nickell located at 150 West Water Street, Flemingsburg, Ky. 41041.
