Wayne Terry Dudley, 75, of Lexington, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2023, at UK Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington
Born in Flemingsburg on March 14, 1948, his father was the late H.A. Dudley, Sr. and his mother was the late Lyda Dunlap Dudley.
Wayne worked for Dravo, Browning Manufacturing, Flemingsburg Rock Quarry, and the City of Lexington. He was a member of the Strawberry United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his son, Robbie Graham and wife Deena of Winchester; his daughter, Kimiko Martin of Lexington; his four grandchildren, Lexxus Graham Blincoe and husband Javone, Jordan Graham, Aaliyah Graham, and Robbie Graham and wife Diana; his great grandson, Jace Graham, his great granddaughter, Raphaelle Graham; four of his siblings, Charles Dudley of Cincinnati, Emmitt Dudley of Cincinnati, Danny Dudley and wife Polly of The Villages, Fla., and Betty McKee of Columbus; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In addition to his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by three of his siblings, Hazel Dudley Flowers, H. A. Dudley, Jr., and Carolyn Greene. He was also preceded by a special lady in his life, Goldie Graham.
The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m., Monday, December 4, 2023, at the Flemingsburg Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Taylor officiating.
Wayne will be laid to rest in the Fleming County Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Chan Graham, Ashley Graham, C. J. Dudley, Josh Graham, Javone Blincoe, Robbelle Rogers, and Alizabeth Graham. Honorary pallbearers include Charles "Chick" Berry, GRC Hoops, Bowling Green State Women's Basketball, Campbellsville University Men's Basketball, Bruce Bridges, Vance Brooks, Derrick Taylor, Vickie Franklin, John Kenneth Rice, Sam Prather, Larry Graham, Thomas Graham, Virgil Haddix and Eric Dunn.
Visitation will be 12 p.m. until the hour of service at 1 p.m., Monday, at the church located at 1856 Elizaville Road, Flemingsburg, KY 41041.
