William "Johnny" Mingua, 72, of Owingsville, KY, passed away Monday, Sept. 19, 2016, at St. Joe in Mt. Sterling. He was born April 17, 1944 in Mason County, KY to the late Oval & Catherine Mingua.

Survivors include a large extended family.

He was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.

A memorial service will be at 8 p.m., Friday, Sept. 23, at the Maysville Community Lighthouse Church with Bro. John Dodson officiating. Visitation will be 6-8p.m. Friday night at the church.
