Eula Grace Lamar Finch, 78, of Flemingsburg, passed away Wednesday, March 09, 2022, at the Hospice of Hope Care Center in Maysville. She was the widow of Ronald Clifton Finch who passed away November 17, 2014.
Born in Fleming County on August 25, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Omar Lamar and Josephine Hamm Lamar.
Eula was a retired dairy and tobacco farmer from Elizaville, Ky., and spent her days watching TV, enjoying her family, and for the ones that knew her the best they would always find her with a coloring book in her hand.
Eula is survived by her son, Michael (Kathy) Finch of Maysville, Ky.; her daughter, Teresa Muse of Flemingsburg, Ky.; her daughter, Melissa (Johnny) Gilvin of Flemingsburg, Ky.; her daughter, Tammy (Anthony) Pack of Flemingsburg, Ky. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, Brittany Muse, Mary Beth Muse, Nicklaus Broughton, Sheila Gilvin, Isabella Gilvin, Tori Pack (Matthew Purvis), Andrew Pack, Layla Pack; and leaves behind many close family members and friends that will miss her very much.
In addition to her parents and her husband Ronald, she was preceded in death by her three brothers, Dudley Doyle, Tommy Lamar, and Charles Lamar; her four sisters, Mary Brown, Elizabeth Brown, Dorothy Prater, and Olive Tumlin.
The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m., Monday, March 14, 2022, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. David Hickerson officiating.
Eula will be laid to rest in Elizaville Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Dean Lamar, David Lamar, Andrew Pack, Anthony Pack, Timothy Tumlin, Leonard Tumlin, Michael Finch, and Nicklaus Broughton.
Visitation will be12 noon until the hour of service at 1 p.m., Monday, at Boone-Nickell.
