Obituary
Jean Jones, 91, of Maysville, KY, left to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Maysville Nursing and Rehab.
She was born in Lars Mills, KY on May 25, 1931. She was the daughter of the late Mike Hollar and the late Florine Letcher Hollar.
Jean was very artistic and loved painting in her free time. She was also a member of the Flemingsburg Baptist Church for many years.
Jean is survived by her daughters, Gloria Wesley of Maysville, Judy (Jim) Jones of Seattle, and Deanna Hill of Maysville; her nine grandchildren and her 19 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents Mike and Florine, Jean was preceded in death by her and her sons Chuck Jones and Mike Jones; her siblings Edward Hollar and Ruth Speigal.
Funeral services for Jean will begin at 12PM on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home.
Pallbearers include Daniel Wesley, Hunter Gazek, James Vonderbrink, Nick Vonderbrink, Mike Vonderbrink, Alex Vonderbrink, and Tyler Vonderbrink.
Jean will be laid to rest in Carlisle Cemetery following the service.
Visitation will be from 11AM until the time of service on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at Boone-Nickell Funeral home.
