Julian Horton, 95, of Lexington, passed away Monday, August 7, 2023, at the Willows in Lexington. He was the son of the late Walter and Beulah Horton.
Julian was blessed with two wonderful wives, Carolyn “Katie” Goodpaster Horton and Bobbie Wilder Horton.
Julian is survived by his son, Ray Horton; his daughter, Jan Horton Sperry; his stepson, Bob (Debbi) McAnnally; his stepdaughter, Tammy Martin; along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren.
In addition to his two wives and his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant son, David; and his six siblings, DeLoris Wallace, Dorothy Dalton, David Horton, Billie Jones, Barbara Moren, and George Horton.
Julian owned and operated the Horton Dairy Farm and owned rental property in Cincinnati with his brother. He loved travelling and the company of his many friends.
A memorial service will be held graveside at 11 a.m., Saturday, August 19, 2023, at the Fleming County Cemetery. Pastor Marty Voiers will be officiating.
