Laura Jeanette Hendrix, 52, of Maysville, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at UK Medical Center.
Born in Flemingsburg on March 22, 1969, she was the daughter of the late William M. Hendrix and the late Glendora Meadows Hendrix Saunders.
She had worked at several different locations in Maysville and attended the May’s Lick Lighthouse Church.
Laura is survived by her son, Travis Patton and wife Kalie of Mt. Vernon, IL; her grandchild, Audrey Patton; and her boyfriend, Tony Logan. She is also survived by her siblings, Susanna McGowan of Mt. Sterling, Barbara Workman of Mt. Olivet, William M. (Dana Clark) Hendrix of Flemingsburg, and John Hendrix of Cynthiana; her step - siblings, Phyllis (Bill) Boling of Bradford, TN and Debbie (John) Highfield of Tollesboro; her sister-in-law, Kitty Saunders; along with several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, Laura was preceded in death by her siblings, Donna Michelle Hendrix and Danny Hendrix; her second father, Reeves Saunders; and her step-brother, Lonnie Saunders.
Funeral service will begin at 11 a.m., Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Howard officiating.
Laura will be laid to rest in Elizaville Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, at Boone-Nickell.
Due to the increase of COVID, all in attendance are asked to wear face masks.
