Marjorie Ralls Jessee

Marjorie Ralls Jessee, 82, of Maysville formerly of Flemingsburg, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2019, at Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Marjorie was born to the late Paul Clay Ralls and Mabel Applegate Ralls on June 4, 1936.

She worked for U. S. Shoe, Fleming County Hospital, and Marriott Corp Senior Living Service in Lexington.  She was a lifetime member of Mill Creek Christian Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Charlotte (Phillip) McCarty;  her son, Steve (Carol) Jessee; her grandchildren, Sandy (Larry) Perraut, Jr., Jason (Danielle) Jessee,  and Breana Jessee; her great grandchildren, Riley and Kendall; along with a host of friends and extended family.

In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her daughters, Gladys Jessee and Linda Gayle Jessee; her sisters, Loretta Story and Juanita Ralls.

Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m., Monday, February 25, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Bro. James Ray Hickerson officiating.

Marjorie will be laid to rest in Sunset Memorial Park.

Pallbearers include Howard Owens, Jr., Larry Perraut, Jr., Mark Snedegar, Don Taylor, Shug Colgan, and Steve Jessee.  Honorary pallbearers include Ewell Vice, James “Push-up” Watkins, Sandy Perraut, Paula Cooper, Gayle Riley, Breana Jessee, and Patty Owens.

Visitation will be 11-1 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
