Nancy Walton Corbin, 81, of Flemingsburg, passed away Tuesday morning, April 17, 2018, at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home.
Nancy was born on September 18, 1936, in Grange City, to the late Noel and Mary Elizabeth “Nuge” Filson Walton.
Nancy was a loving mother and grandmother, whom had worked at several of the country stores in the area. She was a longtime member of Grange City Christian Church.
Survivors include her son, Kent Corbin and wife Barb of Flemingsburg; her grandchildren, Mary Beth Corbin of Greenville, IL, Kendall and husband Carlos Rodriguez Lopez of Norwich, England, Christopher Corbin of Perth, Australia, Chandler Corbin and Chance Corbin both of Flemingsburg; her daughter-in-law, Anita Ashcraft Corbin of Flemingsburg; several nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bobby” Corbin; her son, Kevin “Bobcat” Corbin; her sister, Betty Walton Howe; and her parents.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, April 22, 2018, at Boone - Nickell Funeral Home with Pastor Herbie Stallard officiating.
Nancy will be laid to rest beside her husband and son in Hillsboro Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Adam McCord, Dan McCord, Blake Brown, David Corbin, Cody Emmons, and Darrell Emmons.
Visitation will be 1:00 till 3:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
