Tyler A. Mattox, 31, of Lexington, formerly of Flemingsburg, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2023, at his residence.
Born in Morehead on August 27, 1991, he is the son of Jeff (Tonya) Mattox and Shelia Harris (Dana) Smith.
Tyler is survived by his wife Jesshia Wagoner Mattox; son, Trenton; his parents; siblings Teri Mattox, Taylor Mattox and Kyle Baylor; paternal grandmother Shirlene Mattox; along with many extended family members and friends.
Tyler was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Larry Mattox and maternal grandparents Dallas and Ovilla Harris.
The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m., Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at Boone-Nickell Funeral Home with Pastor Ike France officiating.
Visitation will be 12 p.m. until the time of service on Wednesday.
Tyler will be laid to rest in Fleming County Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Boone-Nickell Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
